I contacted Affordable Exterminators and Handyman Services after experiencing significant water damage from a failed water heater. Ron responded immediately and was on-site overnight to assess the scope of the project. His team was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process.
They replaced the flooring across four rooms with exceptional craftsmanship. The results were so impressive that I decided to have the carpeted front portion of my home replaced with the same vinyl hardwood as well. In addition to the flooring, they encapsulated the crawlspace, completed painting, repaired several rotted window sills, reattached gutters, and addressed various plumbing adjustments.
I am extremely grateful for the quality of work and the level of service provided by Affordable Exterminators and Handyman Services, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been using Affordable for years. They got squirrels out of my attic and repaired the damage. They repaired my ceiling from a second-floor water leak. They eliminated mold and repaired structural damage from a kitchen leak into my crawl space. Basically, I depend on them to fix any house or pest problem that comes up. They do such a great job! I called them because no one would come to my home in the Northern Neck, and I had a HUGE problem with mold in my crawl space, so I contacted this company, and Ron got back to me very quickly, told me he would drive the 2 hours to where I am, and give me a quote. The quote was very reasonable, and obviously, I agreed! They came the next week. Redid my whole crawl space! They took out everything, cleaned it, redid insulation, encapsulated it, did a French drain, did a sump pump, and installed an air purifier in like 3 days. It was amazing!! Would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve used Affordable Exterminators and Handyman Services for several jobs over the years. They recently came out to clean my gutters and downspouts. They are very affordable, and did a great job. I have always been satisfied with their professionalism and quick turnaround time to come out and complete the job. I would highly recommend them to others. I will continue to use them in the future.
